We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Receptionist with this luxury, hi-spec office space in central Dublin. Key responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet members and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
  • Answer queries via phone, email and in person
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure Reception, office and meeting rooms are always kept to the highest standard
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and setup, including AV
  • Receive and sort daily mail
  • Complete administration tasks
  • Monitor and assist with keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy at all times
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Monitor / Order office supplies as required
  • Attend weekly operations meeting
  • Maintain building security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) 

Great work schedule with this role - 8am earliest start and 5.30pm latest finish, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic professional with at least two years’ previous experience in Reception / Front Office within a high-end hotel / office / large hospitality setting. Further candidate requirements and skills include:

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and proactive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
