Job Title: Reception Administrator - Dublin

Excellent opportunity to join this prominent catering company looking after one of their top city-centre corporate clients. Being the first point of contact, the Reception Administrator role is key to ensuring a smooth and successful client/customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client meet and greet
  • Reception cover (including busy switchboard)
  • Daily admin tasks (report generation, correspondence, updating files & records etc)
  • Delivery management
  • Meeting coordination (including catering requirements)
  • General customer service & inquiries
  • Ensuring tidiness of public areas

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Reception Administrator role with excellent administration skills.  Must be confident IT user with experience of diary management programmes, MS Office, PMS etc.  This would suit a polished hospitality professional with excellent customer service and communication skills who is looking to move into a daytime role.
