This top Irish hotel group currently seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead their talent acquisition process. This role is responsible for developing and delivering a plan of sourcing talent internationally to meet the businesses operational requirements. This will involve engaging with the hotels and clients on their workforce plan to identify gaps and challenges.

The role will also focus on delivering international talent into the business annually through a combination of student placements, graduate roles and permanent opportunities considering each client’s requirements. The resourcing needs of the company must be met in alignment with the company long-term talent strategy.

The ideal candidate will have full mastery of the recruitment cycle as well as good working knowledge of hotel operations and role requirements. Minimum of three years in a senior level HR/Recruitment role within a hotel or agency, group experience an advantage, with HR Management qualification or similar. In addition to excellent communication and administrative skills, you will demonstrate fluency with various recruitment platforms, processes and systems (ie applicant tracking system).
