Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager
We have a great opportunity available as Regional HR Manager with this leading hotel group. This role is responsible for coordinating all HR services within the company and ensuring the delivery of HR practices, procedures and solution within the organisation, consistent with all statutory requirements, best practice and company policy.
Key areas will include:
- Working closely with the Head of HR and wider HR team to execute overall HR strategy
- Providing senior HR support, advice and guidance on all HR related areas including employment legislation to the business and maintaining a close working relationship with members of the management team, regional managers, GM’s and HR Managers.
- Integrating new legislation into local working practices as required, communicating such to all team and ensuring effective implementation
- Assisting in the development of both internal and external talent pipelines
The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification with at least three years’ experience in a senior HR managerial role at group level, preferably within the hospitality industry. You will demonstrate excellent reporting skills and keen financial acumen as well as full understanding of compensation and benefits.
This role will be based in Dublin but some travel will be required to the regional properties.
