Job Title: Restaurant Duty Manager
Are you passionate about delivering a great dining experience? We have a new role for a Restaurant Manager working across two sites initially. The Restaurant Duty Manager will ensure that both teams are fully equipped and trained to deliver excellent levels of customer service, resulting in smooth daily operations, high levels of guest satisfaction, and healthy financial performance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong floor presence.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Restaurant Manager of a busy, quality dining establishment. Must demonstrate excellent service standards, strong training and motivational skills, keen eye for detail and good financial and commercial acumen. Solid knowledge of the Dublin dining market an advantage.
