Job Title: Restaurant Manager
This establishment is known for its prime dining experience featuring the best of local produce in elegant surroundings. They now require a seasoned Restaurant Manager to ensure efficient and attentive guest service is offered throughout the restaurant by all team members. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Smooth day to day management of restaurant operations ensuring positive guest experience
- Ensuring top standards of service are consistently delivered
- Team management: scheduling rosters and activities, training and development, promoting strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Ensuring guest issues are quickly and efficiently handled to the guest’s satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have experience at least three years’ experience as Restaurant Manager of a high-end dining destination and will demonstrate excellent food and wine knowledge. You will be passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with the ability to motivate a team to perform their best. You will also have a proven track record of successfully leading a restaurant to budgeted goals and targets.
