The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as Restaurant Manager/Supervisor within a fine dining establishment. Further candidate attributes include:

• Team player who is completely focused on customer service
• Fluent in English
• Extremely detail-orientated with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage the restaurant staff in all aspects of service and training
• Very polished with 4/5 star standard experience
• Knowledge and love of food and wine
• HACCP enforcement
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
