Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary: €3,000 – €35,000
Restaurant Manager with 4/ 5 star experience required for a busy Dublin Hotel €30-35k
As Restaurant Manager you will be tasked with running both the restaurant and the carvery. You will assume responsibility for the day to day management of the restaurant, maintaining and improving standards. You'll have a passion for food and make sure the restaurant is successful and every sales opportunity is maximised. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff.
Excellent interpersonal and communications are essential for this role.
