Job Title: Restaurant Manager
This high end restaurant is looking for a top class Restaurant Manager to join their team. The restaurant offers the finest in contemporary dining using local artisan produce in a beautiful location for both indoor and outdoor dining.
The ideal candidate will come from a 5-star restaurant/hotel background, star/rosette experience essential, and will have at least 3 years’ experience at management level, along with excellent food and wine knowledge.
In addition to ensuring excellent standards of service and welcome, you will be a strong commercial manager bringing new ideas on how to further drive revenue in the restaurant.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven ability front of house with the skills to motivate a young and passionate team i.e. excellent operational, training and communication skills.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all hospitality for the restaurant as well as all management duties including:
- Rosters, recruitment, training and development of staff and appraisals
- Full financial responsibility to include costs, budgets, P&L
- Management meetings
- Ordering and invoicing
