Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Dublin
Salary: €28,000 – €30,000
The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant. To supervise the staff in the running of the restaurant creating a successful, efficient restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. This role will suit a strong Assistant Manager with good solid experience who would like to take the next step in their career.
- At least 2-3 years relevant Food & Beverage experience in hotels or restaurants
- Knowledge of all aspects of the Food & Beverage role including bar, conference &banqueting, kitchen and restaurant management
- Ability to maintain consistently high standards of service in the Food & Beverage Department
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisation & leadership skills
The ideal candidate should be energetic, well presented with a great attitude and communication skills. They should also have the ability to work well under pressure and manage people.
