Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Co. Kildare
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
Our Client are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their management team. As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant not limited to but including maintaining high service standards, cost control, financial management , people management and ensuring strong customer relations at all times.
The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager position will be a self-motivated and driven individual, who has a passion for Food & Beverage. You must be a strong leader who inspires and drives the team to achieve greatness.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Management of a Restaurant within a hotel environment.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Good ability to manage all cost controls e.g. food cost, labour etc.
- Experience of staff training, rotas, financial reporting, stock control and ordering
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to handle pressurized situations and prioritise tasks.
- Flexible, Innovative and Adaptable always displaying a can do attitude.
