Job Title: Restaurant Manager - North Dublin
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000+
We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager for this popular, quality seafood restaurant. They can do 400 covers a day at the weekend, with service all day starting with a small breakfast menu before heading into the extremely busy lunch service. They now require a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead the floor team, manage communications with the kitchen team, and bring a fresh eye and new ideas to their venue and offering as a whole.
Ideal candidate will be passionate about fresh produce and seafood, background in retail management an advantage. You will be commercially aware with an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking out for new revenue stream possibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Restaurant Manager of a quality dining destination, experience managing multiple outlets/profit centres preferred. Must have excellent communication and team management skills alongside strong commercial acumen.
