Job Title: Restaurant/Deputy Manager
A high-profile restaurant in the heart of Dublin city-centre is currently seeking a restaurant manager/deputy general manager to join their team. This role will cover all aspects of the business and therefore needs someone with experience in fine-dining within restaurants.
As the successful candidate you must be willing to work nights and weekends. This role covers all aspects of the business including compliance, production, marketing, people-training and more.
The current General Manager, to whom you will be reporting, is looking for a fresh pair of eyes and is eager to hear new ideas for the property.
The salary is €40,000 per annum and comes with a significant package of benefits.
