We're looking for a high-energy, polished Restaurant General Manager for this buzzing central Dublin foodie favourite. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and motivating the team, ensuring top-notch service standards
• Ensuring smooth floor operations through effective communication between kitchen and restaurant teams
• Active engagement in guest relations, ensuring any issues are quickly resolved and guests leave with positive, memorable experiences
• Daily reporting and admin tasks
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and all other legal regulations

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-quality, high-volume setting
• Positive leadership style with proven ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent service standards with genuine care for the guest experience
• Keen financial acumen
• Passionate about good food and drink - knowledge of Dublin dining scene preferred
