Restaurant Manager

This private members club in Co Donegal is currently recruiting a seasoned Restaurant Manager to ensure a smooth restaurant service for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solid leadership for restaurant team, ensuring all are made aware of and fully trained on company standards.
- Maintain active floor presence with hands-on management style.
- Work closely with senior management and wider team on developing overall food and beverage operation.
- Ensure an efficient and friendly service for all guests.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times, dealing with any issues/complaints in a timely fashion.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment for the team.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with department managers as required on reporting and planning (Head Chef, Operations Manager).
- Effective stock management and maintenance.
- Effective budget management, maximising revenue opportunities and controlling all costs.
- Weekly HOD meetings.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of two years’ experience as Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager in a quality dining / hospitality establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP certification preferred).
- Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Staff training and development experience.
- Competence in budgeting and cost control.
