We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the team at this contemporary four-star hotel in Dublin, home to a popular destination restaurant showcasing modern, seasonal Irish cuisine.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee smooth daily operations
• Drive service excellence
• Manage and mentor the team
• Manage budgets, control costs and analyse sales performance

• 3+ years' management experience in quality hotel/restaurant settings
• A passion for great food and guest experiences
• Proven team leadership & training skills
• Strong financial and organisational acumen
