Restaurant Manager with strong wine knowledge needed for a newly opening Restaurant/Wine Bar in Co. Kildare.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a busy, upscale dining destination/venue. The ideal candidate will have:

• Team management experience,
• Multitasking ability in pressured environment,
• Strong wine knowledge,
• An excellent ability in engaging with customers and an ability to upsell.
• A proven track record in management and a minimum of 2/3 years experience in a similar role are essential for this role.
