Sales & Marketing Executive

This trendy hospitality group with multiple sites across Dublin is currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying leads, building relationships and closing deals. This role works in close conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Reservations team and on site operations teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through traditional and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and close deals.
- Maintain and create long-lasting relationships with DMCs.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the reservations office.
- Ensure all telephone / email traffic is monitored and reservations are appropriately recorded and responded to.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across all platforms.
- Create content that supports lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analysis of performance metrics, taking appropriate actions to optimize campaigns and increase sales effectiveness.
- Maintain an organised CRM system, tracking leads, monitoring customer inquiries and providing after-sales support
- Provide regular reporting to management on customer journey, feedback, market conditions and competition.
- Organisation and planning of corporate events and group reservations.
- Handle all administration for weddings and events.
- Create event function sheets and liaise with property GMs and Head Chefs.
- Liaise with Accounts department.
- Hold site inspections and client meetings.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Dublin events scene.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous management experience in Sales / Reservations / Events within the hospitality industry
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
- Experience with online reservations systems (ie Collins)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as lead and motivate staff
- Excellent delegation and prioritisation skills
- Fluent written and verbal English with previous reporting experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
