As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will oversee the hotel’s sales, marketing, events, and revenue functions — developing and executing strategies that grow market share, enhance brand reputation, and maximise profitability across all segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals and budgets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales, marketing, events, and revenue teams to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing key existing accounts.
• Manage participation in trade shows, FAM trips, press events, and client hospitality initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management on forecasting, pricing, and market positioning strategies.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, branding, and digital reputation management.
• Maintain accurate sales and marketing forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tourism developments to inform strategy.
• Manage department budgets, expenses, and return on investment for all initiatives.
• Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest-centric service across all commercial departments.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing management role, ideally within 4/5 star hotel properties.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, or Marketing desirable.
• Flexible, energetic, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
