Sales Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000

We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned proactive Sales Manager looking for a new challenge. This role is responsible for selling a variety of key Dublin properties (hotels and restaurants) including classic favourites as well as fashionable newcomers, focusing on corporate and group sales. Hybrid basis available upon completion of probationary period.
Key role responsibilities:
- Identify & qualify new leads and opportunities for the hotel and associated businesses
- Undertake weekly proactive sales calls/activities with clients to deliver on agreed KPIs
- Promote and generate new business for transient corporate, group, meetings & events segments
- Represent the hotel at networking events
- Manage and cohost client events in conjunction with sales team
- Database management with focus on growing & segmenting contacts for better communication
- Quarterly competitor analysis updates and reviews
- Maintain the highest level of communication internally and externally, in line with five-star hotel standards
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum two years’ experience as proactive Sales Manager, preferably within the Dublin hotel market
- Experience in dealing with corporate market locally and/or internationally
- Proven track record in lead generation and/or creating successful sales pipelines
- Target-focused, skilled negotiator and influencer
- Good communicator who enjoys meeting new people and embracing new opportunities
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Creative problem solver
- Positive, energetic approach with a good sense of humour!
