Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Dublin

Salary: €45,000 – €50,000

This stylish four star hotel is currently recruiting a talented and experienced Head Chef to join their team.  This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of one of their destination restaurants with key responsibilities including:

  • Quality control, ensuring highest standard of food offering
  • Efficiently and effectively control the department’s operation and team
  • Menu development and recipe creation (knowledge of Thai cuisine a strong advantage) in conjunction with F&B Manager
  • Ensure all departmental procedures and operating standards are in place and adhered to on a daily basis
  • Ensuring HACCP compliance and training of all team
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Head Chef in a four star hotel/bar/restaurant/catering.  Must have excellent communication skills (fluent English required) for both colleague and guest interaction.
