Job Title: Head Chef
This stylish four star hotel is currently recruiting a talented and experienced Head Chef to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of their multiple Food and Beverage outlets with key responsibilities including:
- Quality control, ensuring highest standard of food offering
- Efficiently and effectively control the department’s operation and team
- Menu development and recipe creation in conjunction with F&B Manager
- Ensure all departmental procedures and operating standards are in place and adhered to on a daily basis
- Ensuring HACCP compliance and training of all team
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Head Chef in a four star hotel with restaurant, bar and function areas. Must have excellent communication skills (fluent English required) for both team and guest interaction.
