Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Dublin

Salary: €30,000

The Position:

  • To be responsible for the supervision of all pastry service throughout the resort
  • To ensure the smooth running of this section ensuring the standards of cuisine and hygiene are maintained
  • To ensure all recipes are for the pastry and bakery are standardised and communicated to Pastry personnel
  • To ensure that the bakery produces all items to the required standard
  • To ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications
  • To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times
  • Must be able to work well on their own initiative and to work in a team environment

Experience/Qualifications: 

  • Will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef within the four-star or five-star hotel industry 
  • To participate in training provided by the company
  • Excellent Knowledge of HACCP
  • Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Will be flexible in their working hours
