Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000
Excellent opportunity for a charismatic, multi-talented Restaurant Manager to take on a senior management role within this dynamic business. As part of the senior management team, you will lead a large team and be responsible for the successful and profitable overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring great customer experiences.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving business performance in the restaurant & bar
- Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability with Head Chef
- Work closely with marketing team to organise activities (seasonal events, promotions etc)
- Report preparation (staff control, food control, sales etc)
- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
- Coordinate restaurant operation during scheduled shifts
- Recruit, train, upskill and manage team
- Customer service: meet and greet, queries, complaints, reservations
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
- Stocktake, ordering
- Cash handling
- Monthly senior management meetings, weekly team meetings
