This popular, contemporary four star hotel in Co Sligo is currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of F&B services throughout the hotel. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a very hands-on role that will focus on providing each guest with an exceptional F&B experience across all hotel outlets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth F&B operations throughout the hotel on a day to day basis.
• Ensuring exemplary levels of customer/guest service in all F&B outlets/services.
• Ensuring all departments standards/SOPs are fully communicated to and met by the team.
• Anticipate guest needs and effectively deal with any guest issues that arise.
• Assist with the management of the hotel’s overall daily operations, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department.
• Effectively manage and motivate team to their best performance, assisting HR with all employee matters as required (recruitment, training, performance assessments etc).

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience as F&B Manager of a quality four star property with multiple F&B outlets/services. Must demonstrate excellent service standards and extensive F&B knowledge. Further candidate attributes include:
