This charming country house destination is a wedding favourite that prides itself on its contemporary Irish cuisine showcasing local and seasonal produce. They now require a skilled Sous Chef to help ensure the continued excellence of their F&B offering.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years as Sous Chef and will be a talented team leader as well as chef, able to deputise in the Head Chef’s absence. You will have a background in volume banqueting with a proven track record of providing excellent cuisine in volume numbers. Previous experience with Michelin Bib an advantage.
