This large catering company is looking to hire a talented Sous Chef for this top corporate client to assist with the coordination of daily food preparation and delivery to high standards. Daily responsibilities will include stock management, ordering and preparation of specialty foods amongst others.

The candidate must have at least three years’ experience in a high volume, fine dining hotel / restaurant / catering environment, demonstrating a genuine passion for food and a wide range of culinary techniques including international cooking styles. In addition you must be enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable with a high attention to detail.
