We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef for this charming hotel on the Wild Atlantic Way that prides itself on its F&B offering featuring the finest of fresh seafood as well as classic favourites. They would love to have a talented, energetic Sous Chef join their team and assist the Head Chef in consistently producing a top quality menu.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Sous Chef of a busy, quality dining destination (restaurant or hotel). Must possess excellent cooking and kitchen management skills along with a keen eye for detail and positive team spirit.
