Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Co Dublin
Salary: €42,000 – €50,000
This leading catering firm is looking for an experienced Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef with high quality, high volume experience. Reporting to the Head Chef, this role is responsible for helping to ensure the quality and efficient service and delivery of all food requirements.
In addition to excellent culinary skills, successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as keen grasp of GP, labour costs and other kitchen financials. Ideal background will be a mix of fine dining restaurants and high-end catering establishments. Senior Sous candidates will have a minimum of three years' experience in a Senior Sous Chef role or five years' experience as Sous Chef.
