Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: €40,000 – €50,000
This prestigious Dublin venue specialising in high profile, high volume events is currently recruiting a highly experienced Sous Chef to assist with ensuring the smooth operation of their very busy culinary service.
The ideal candidate will have a significant background in high quality, high volume banqueting as well as multi-unit experience. Minimum of five years’ experience as Executive Sous Chef / Sous Chef in a quality hotel/venue. You will demonstrate excellent kitchen management skills with a proven track record of meeting all kitchen targets. You will also be a dedicated and effective team manager, assisting with training and developing the kitchen team to the highest standards of service.
