Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: €45,000 – €50,000+
This very high volume, high quality restaurant based in Dublin Airport is currently seeking a strong Sous Chef to assist in ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations. This is a very early start, hours are 4:00am – 8:00pm (two shifts), and would suit someone looking to escape the late nights of the restaurant industry.
The ideal candidate must be thoroughly trained in all aspects of kitchen management, with a proven track record of success in helping to guide and develop a kitchen team. Minimum of three years’ previous experience at Sous Chef level in a high volume kitchen producing a high quality offering.
