Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef at this high-end dining destination. In addition to helping create an innovative, attractive, healthy menu that delights the diner, this Sous Chef must also excel at leading the kitchen team in providing a seamless food service. You will work alongside and report to an experienced and talented Head Chef.
Candidates should have a minimum of three to five years’ experience at Sous Chef level of a prime dining destination with a proven track record of excellent team management. As this is a primarily daytime role within a retail environment, it could be the key to a good work life balance for a seasoned restaurant chef.
