Salary: €37,000 – €40,000+
We have a great opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie or junior Sous Chef looking to further develop their experience and leadership in the kitchen. This is a very popular neighbourhood gastropub with busy meal service as well as evening event business.
They now require a skilled, committed chef to take on the role of Sous Chef and assist in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, consistently delivering a high quality food offering.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef within busy upscale destinations. Experience with event/group business a strong advantage. Must be a natural team leader and proactive self-starter with strong culinary skills as well as full knowledge of all HACCP, H&S and Hygiene protocols.
