This recently renovated coastal destination has an opening for a talented Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. This role will assist the Head Chef in ensuring the efficient delivery of their new food offering. Key responsibilities will include food preparation and service, ensuring all kitchen standards are met, and managing/training the kitchen team in conjunction with the Head Chef.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Sous Chef with full HACCP certification. Must demonstrate excellent cooking skills, organisational skills and keen attention to detail along with good leadership and management skills.
