Job Title: Sous Chef

This busy Dublin four star hotel is a tourist favourite with its clean, modern style and warm guest service. They now require a Sous Chef for their full service restaurant featuring buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the delivery of a consistent, high quality food offering.

In addition to food preparation, key responsibilities of the role include supervision of food hygiene/HACCP, stock control, Health & Safety, and team training and development.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Qualified Chef with at least three years’ experience as Sous Chef
  • Experience in a four star, high volume hotel
  • Ability to train/supervise others with proven leadership and people skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and passion for food
  • Proven track record of efficient kitchen management
