Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000+
Exciting Sous Chef role for an experienced Chef who has the talent and ambition to come on board and really put their stamp on the restaurant in terms of team organisation, management, and importantly, menu design and development.
The role of Sous Chef will report to the Head Chef who wants a strong number two to help design menus and dishes to bring the restaurant to the next level.
This is an upmarket style resturant focusing on fresh seafood and fresh dry aged beef. The resturant is a 6 day operation (working 5 days per week), salary €40-45k plus good tips.
