Job Title: Sous Chef
Fabulous opportunity for a highly experienced Sous Chef with this vibrent resturant in a Dublin four star hotel. This is a new resturant within the hotel and the Sous Chef will assist with menu development and brininging new ideas to the kitchen.
This role assists in ensuring a top quality food offering and smooth daily operations in the kitchen. Key responsibilities within this role include :
Kitchen management, Understanding of all financial targets (GP, payroll, costs etc) , Team training and development , Ensure efficient, top quality food preparation and waste management.
The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Sous Chef in a resturaunt or hotel or a busy bar/ bistro. In addition to excellent culinary skills, you will demonstrate solid kitchen management procedures, thorough HACCP knowledge and excellent teamwork/team leadership ability.
