Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Co Dublin
We have a lovely opportunity for a talented Sous Chef at this neighbourhood gem showcasing modern Irish cuisine crafted with the best of local ingredients and suppliers. They now require a highly committed Sous Chef who will take an active role in the organisation and management of the kitchen, including menu design and development.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef in an upmarket establishment with reputation for dining excellence. Will be a proven team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in addition to creative culinary flair. Hours are 5 days over 7 (often with consecutive days off), Tue-Sun.
