Job Title: Sous Chef

A staunch supporter of using local produce, this upscale dining destination in Dublin city centre is currently recruiting a Sous Chef to help ensure smooth kitchen operations and the delivery of a top-quality food offering for each guest.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure each dish consistently meets the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Team management: training and supervision of kitchen team
  • Menu development
  • Ensuring adherence to all HACCP, Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Supplier relations

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience as Sous Chef in a quality dining establishment with high volume business. In addition to creative culinary skills, must be a proven leader able to positively motivate a team to their best performance.
