Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: €30,000 – €35,000
Our client is searching for a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to join the team of this popular coastal Gastropub/restaurant in Co. Cork.
There is a large emphasis on using local ingredients and suppliers as well as fresh fish and shellfish caught only minutes away.
The ideal candidate:
- Dedicated and passionate about fish and shellfish,
- A great team player,
- Full understanding of HACCP standards and regulations,
- Ability to cope well under pressure (the summer season is a busy time of the year),
- Enjoy training junior chefs.
