Job Title: Sous Chef - 4 Star Hotel
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role working in a busy hotel kitchen environment with a drive and enthusiasm to succeed. Experience of supervising a team is essential and previous experience of preparing and serving banqueting food would be a distinct advantage as weddings and events are a key focus for the hotel. You will need to be highly organised in your approach to work and be able to work under pressure.
