Job Title: Sous Chef
This is an exciting role for a proven Sous Chef with good volume experience, no two days or two weeks will be the same as this expanding business caters for Banquets, Dinners, Conferences and all styles of events in a wide variety of prestige venues.
Each event requires careful planning and the Sous Chef is a point of contact for everything food related. We are looking for an individual to build on the companies existing reputation and create amazing, memorable dining experiences for their clients.
The role is hands-on in nature, you will be assisting teh Head Chef in leading a team and motivating them to achieve high quality in a high-volume operation. Naturally procurement, health, safety and food hygiene accountability is part of the role.
You must have your own method of transport for this role and there is a balance of day and evening work in this role.
