Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: €35,000 – €38,000
We are currently recruiting a talented Sous Chef for this Dublin dining hotspot offering brasserie style all day dining seven days a week.
Successful candidates must have experience in high volume restaurants serving a variety of menus throughout the day with a strong focus on fresh cooking.
In addition to culinary prowess, you will demonstrate good management skills, able to effectively lead and motivate the kitchen team.
You must have at least three to five years’ experience as Sous Chef in a top dining destination.
