This up and coming local favourite is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team as they reopen with both outdoor and indoor areas. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sous Chef with great cooking and kitchen management skills and a passion for international cuisine presented with flair.
The menu changes every six weeks, and this is an exciting role for a foodie with creative culinary skills and an eye for a good looking plate with deep flavours. The Head Chef comes from high end restaurant background and is looking for someone to work in this small team and push the food forward.
Good access to public transport and good hours on offer, this could suit a Junior Sous Chef moving up to their next kitchen position.
