Job Title: Sous Chef
We are currently recruiting a talented Sous Chef for this dining hotspot offering exciting culinary experiences with a Mediterranean feel in Dublin city centre.
Successful candidates must have experience in high volume restaurants serving a variety of menus throughout the day with a strong focus on fresh cooking and sourcing local produce.
In addition to culinary prowess, you will demonstrate good management skills, able to effectively lead and motivate the kitchen team.
You must have at least two years’ experience as Sous Chef in a top dining destination. This is a great opportunity to join a growing restaurant group and work with a top Head Chef.
