Job Title: Sous Chef
This top restaurant venue in Galway is currently recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join their team.
This role will deputise in the Head Chef’s absence and will be responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen service and maintaining exceptional standards of cuisine.
Further responsibilities include:
- Training and development of the team
- Compliance with all legislation and regulations
- Stock control, wastage, hygiene, etc
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Sous Chef, restaurant experience required with a minimum of three years’ previous experience at this level.
