Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
This Sous Chef role is for a growing catering and events company based in Dublin. This is a great role for someone who likes to work with good ingredients in a small but active location. It will involve some weekends as the company go onsite for weddings and events.
Successful candidates must have experience in high volume restaurant/events/weddings serving a variety of menus with a strong focus on fresh cooking. In addition to culinary prowess, you will demonstrate good management skills, able to effectively lead and motivate the kitchen team.
You must have at least three to five years’ experience as Sous Chef in a top dining destination.
