We are looking for a calm, cool and collected personality able to keep up with the pace without ever losing out on quality and standards. You will have a good background in top hotels / restaurants with experience in catering for a variety of functions from weddings to corporate lunches. In addition to faultless culinary skills, you will be a seasoned kitchen manager who is on top of all kitchen protocols.
