This is a busy destination with fine dining, weddings and conference business so high end and volume experience is vital for the role.
The ideal candidate will be a creative chef with excellent presentation standards. You will have a minimum of three years’ experience as Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of similar calibre (fine dining restaurant / 4-5 star hotels etc).
