Job Title: Sous Chef - West Cork
As Sous Chef you will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel kitchen, ensuring maximum profitability and exceptional culinary standards at all times. You will be required to build excellent relationships with your team, mentoring and coaching them to deliver outstanding food on a consistent basis.
In order to be consider for this role:
- Must have at least 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role
- A creative and passionate approach to delivering outstanding quality dishes
- Consistency, flexibility and adaptability are required for this role
- Must have strong working knowledge of HACCP – Level 2-3 required
- A strong communicator you must be fluent in English both written and oral.
