Job Title: Sous Chef - West Kerry
Salary: €30,000 – €35,000
This destination restaurant located in Kerry is currently recruiting a very talented Sous Chef to join their culinary team.
The ideal candidate will come from a high-end, casual fine dining restaurant background. You will demonstrate excellent culinary skills with a proven track record of being a strong, positive contribution to the kitchen team. You will also share their ethos for using the best local / artisan products wherever possible, producing a high quality, creative offering that delights guests.
In order to be successful in this role you must be:
- A highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic individual with a creative flair
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar style of operation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and concepts
- Team player with a background in European cuisine
- A warm and friendly personality with a great positive attitude
